Use of the service
These terms apply to timecade.com and the Timecade apps for iOS, Android and desktop. Timecade is provided as-is for personal and professional time-keeping. You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Accounts
An account is optional. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time by emailing linus@northfromhere.se; see the privacy policy.
Premium subscriptions
On the web, Premium is billed via Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google under their terms and are managed in your App Store or Google Play account. Cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Website Premium purchases, including subscription renewals and lifetime purchases, have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund within 30 days of the order date at paddle.net or contact linus@northfromhere.se for help. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a completed charge. App stores
If you download Timecade from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and Linus Bergman, not Apple or Google, who have no obligation to provide support for the app.
Liability
Timecade is not responsible for missed alarms, notifications or interruptions caused by your browser, operating system, network, or hardware. Do not rely on Timecade as a sole safety-critical alerting system.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without limiting your rights as a consumer where you live.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of Timecade after changes constitutes acceptance.
